MindMatters is a resource/framework that supports Australian secondary schools in promoting the social and emotional wellbeing of all members of the school community. The program promotes resilience and belonging to the school community.
MindMatters provides school staff with research based information around mental health and positive psychology.
The College Counsellor provides individual support to students and their parents, along with running a variety of groups and school initiatives promoting MindMatters throughout the year.
