ICT enabled teaching and learning activities enhance active engagement that allows for a focus on developing such skills as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication.

At St Leo’s, ICT is not be taught in isolation but rather in context across all subject areas. The College operates a BYODD iPad program for Years 7 -10. Students in Years 11 and 12 have the option to either use iPads or appropriate Mac Laptops. These devices along with other learning technologies at the College make activities and styles of engagement readily available that was previously difficult or impossible to achieve. Learning technologies are used to support relevant, engaging and active learning where ICT provides essential tools to communicate, design, share and create.
